Restaurant Support Center

The primary job function involves communication, overseeing, supporting and assisting store operations compliance regarding the overall standard requirement for food safety, brand standards and local standard requirements across all brand caters by PPI Holdings Inc. This role ensures that the company complies with the requirements outlined in the ACE (PH), CORE (TB) and QSC (DQ) Audit standards. Handles minimum QA coordination across all brand.

Responsible for acquiring new store locations and facilitating relocations for Pizza Hut/Dairy Queen/Taco Bell. Identify, evaluate, recommend, negotiate, and secure potential sites to establish profitable new stores and relocations.

  • Responsible for coordinating all technical activities related to assigned projects.
  • Plans, schedules, conducts, and coordinates engineering work; ensures compliance with applicable codes and engineering standards.
  • Facilitates effective communication and coordination among all project stakeholders.
  • Ensures alignment of activities with project requirements and contractual obligations.
  • Identifies and resolves technical issues related to mechanical aspects of projects.
  • Conduct joint inspections of new potential sites to assess feasibility and architectural requirements.
  • Develop design schemes and architectural concepts for management approval.
  • Provide budgetary estimates for proposed designs and modifications.
  • Review and approve submitted plans and specifications ensuring compliance with architectural standards and project requirements.
  • Supervise the technical evaluation of each proposed site presented by the business development team.
  • Attend technical meetings and pre-construction meetings with lessors, contractors, and other stakeholders to discuss design requirements and project feasibility.

Responsible for the development of alternative food and non-food (packaging) raw materials to ensure continuous stocks availability; evaluation of alternative minor equipment and smallware to improve yield and work efficiency; and initiates process modification to improve productivity and enhance quality. The over-all goal is to achieve better cost economics with consistent adherence to the global quality standards of all PPI operated brands. Creates all documentation, job aids, and product, packaging, minor equipment, and smallware handling related to the development of alternative systems in product preparation and equipment and small ware efficiency.

Responsible for planning and developing software solutions and web applications, supporting and maintaining the Company’s websites and digital products. 

Responsible for assisting in building, managing, and optimizing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to improve customer experience and drive sales growth. You will work closely with various departments such as Marketing, IT, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure data accuracy, generate valuable insights, and implement best practices.

  • Build brand health and awareness in accordance with the approved identity and desired market positioning.
  • Take the lead role in building the business through careful analysis, planning, coordination, implementation, management, control &measurement of the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
  • Build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.
  • Develop strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation and drive qualified traffic.
  • Deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.

Is responsible to drive the day-to-day management of the digital channels, trading them effectively, optimizing user journeys, and aligning efforts with digital acquisition and retention. Will use data, heatmaps and other engagement tools to ensure high conversion rate, high average order value and engagement is achieved to meet annual targets on digital sales.

Responsible to build the assigned brand according to the approved identity and desired market positioning, take the lead role in building the business through careful analysis, planning, coordination, implementation, management, control and measurement of effectiveness of marketing initiatives.  Responsible for the conceptualization, formulation and implementation of Marketing programs / promotions at the store level. Assist the marketing manager in the execution of marketing programs for implementation in store level.
